TrendyKid Return & Refund Policy

At TrendyKid, we strive to ensure that every product you receive meets your expectations. However, if you are not completely satisfied, please review our return and refund policy below.


Return Window

We offer a 10-day return window from the date of delivery to request a return, exchange, or store credit.


Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • You have received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product

  • The product is significantly different from what was ordered

  • You have concerns regarding size or colour (only exchange or store credit applicable)

To be eligible:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, with original tags and packaging intact

  • Proof of purchase is mandatory

  • An unboxing/unpacking video is compulsory for any damaged or wrong product claim


Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items

Returns and exchanges are NOT accepted for:

  • “Changed my mind” or similar reasons

  • Collections under ₹399

  • Clearance Sale / Buy 2 Get 1 Free

  • TRENDY15 coupon purchases

  • Winter Sale / Summer Sale / Accessories

  • Gift cards or contest vouchers

  • Hazardous, flammable or perishable goods

  • Customized, personal care or hygiene products

  • Orders placed using store credit (only exchange allowed)


TRENDY15 Coupon Policy

Orders placed using TRENDY15 are eligible for exchange only.
No refunds are applicable.


Store Credit Orders

Orders placed using store credit are eligible only for exchange.
Returns and refunds are not applicable.


How to Initiate a Return

  • Login to your TrendyKid account and select the product to return/exchange
    OR

  • Contact us at support@trendykid.in

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.


Quality Check & Return Approval

We reserve the right to reject returns if:

  • The product appears used, worn, washed, altered or damaged

  • Original packaging or tags are missing (except in case of transit damage)


Refund Processing Timelines

Refunds are initiated only after quality inspection approval:

Payment Mode Timeline
UPI 3–5 business days
COD 7–10 business days
Credit/Debit Card 10–12 business days
Net Banking 5–7 business days

COD charges are non-refundable


Refund Confirmation

You will be notified once your return is received and inspected.
If approved, your refund will be credited to your original payment method as per the timelines above.

Damaged / Wrong Products

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery and notify us if:

  • The product is damaged

  • You received the wrong product

This allows us to resolve the issue promptly.


Return Refusal

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any return request that does not comply with this policy.
Such decisions are final and binding.


Frivolous Complaints

Baseless or false complaints may result in legal action.
All costs arising from such actions shall be borne solely by the customer.
