We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Conditions for Return:
In the event the User receives any damaged or defective product or if the product is significantly different from what was purchased, the User shall notify us within the aforementioned period of 10 days.
In the event the User has any concern related to size or colour of the product purchased, store credit (of same amount) or exchange will be offered.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
In case of wrong/defected product, an unboxing or unpacking video is a must.
In case of defected/wrong product received, Store credit or exchange will be provided.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
We reserve the right not to accept return of products which (i) we believe are being returned after use, or (ii) are damaged (except where the return is on account of damaged goods having been delivered to you.
Refund will be initiated upon successful pickup as per the return policy. The refund amount is expected in customer account within the following timelines:
1. UPI - 2 to 5 days business days after return product is returned to us and passed quality checks.
2. COD - 7 to 10 business days after return product is delivered to us in its original condition along with its tags and accessorises, depending upon your bank partner.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchange on Collections ( shop under Rs.399, Season End Sale (Winter or Summer Sale and Accessories)
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Refusal of Return Request
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any return request. If the request for returns is not allowed by the Returns Policy, you will not be refunded the payment made or any costs and will not be able to raise a second request for return for the same product. Our decision regarding the refusal or cancellation shall be final and binding on the parties and you further agree not to hold us liable for any refusal or cancellation.
Frivolous Complaints
In the event of frivolous or baseless complaints or requests regarding the quality or content of the products, we reserve the right to take necessary legal actions against you and you will be solely liable for all costs incurred by us in this regard.
Shipping and Delivery
We usually ship your Order next day and Estimated delivery date depends upon: (1. Procurement of the product from the Vendor (2. Location of the customer buying the product. You can always check the delivery date of your product on product page as well as on your account page.
We have two delivery timelines.
- We usually deliver product within mentioned time frame i.e. 3-5 working days for Metropolitan cities and 5-7 working days for other locations.
- Products with 20 -23 days delivery will be delivered as per mentioned information, It includes processing, dispatching and delivery for Metropolitan for other locations.
Sometimes due to uncontrollable delays in transit,estimated delivery time can extend and your order might get delayed beyond mentioned timeline.
