How do I return or exchange an item?

We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

Conditions for Return:
In the event the User receives any damaged or defective product or if the product is significantly different from what was purchased, the User shall notify us within the aforementioned period of 10 days.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

In case of wrong/defected product, an unboxing or unpacking video is a must. 

In case of defected/wrong product received, Store credit or exchange will be provided.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We reserve the right not to accept return of products which (i) we believe are being returned after use, or (ii) are damaged (except where the return is on account of damaged goods having been delivered to you.

How can I modify my shipping details after an order is placed?

You can modify your shipping address by sending us a WhatsApp/Email or just by calling us on 8595413667.

Why Cash on delivery (COD) not available?

It is important to note that frequent multiple failed attempts to deliver your order and same not accepted by customer may result in you being unable to use COD as a payment option in the future.

I have returned my order, when will I receive my refund amount?

Refund will be initiated upon successful pickup as per the return policy. The refund amount is expected in customer account within the following timelines:

1. UPI - 2 to 5 days business days after return product is returned to us and passed quality checks.

2. COD - 7 to 10 business days after return product is delivered to us in its original condition along with its tags and accessorises, depending upon your bank partner.

What is Trendykid cancellation policy?

Only orders that haven't left the fulfilment centre can be cancelled. If the order has already been shipped from our fulfilment centre, you can refuse to accept it and send it back with the courier. Once our courier partner confirms the cancellation we’ll refund your order amount into the original source of payment if paid Online. Refund will hit your bank account in 3 to 5 business days. We always recommend you to check your bank statement. Your patience is highly appreciated..
